Of all the Forum members, who would you vote to have President, VP, & Speaker of the House and why that person?

You cannot vote for yourself.  Wink

President = TomAiello: Most logical
VP = Sean K.: Right there with Tom so if the progressives assassinated Tom, we would still have a Tom in a sense.
SOTH = Everalm:  Would bring balance to everything and nothing would ever get done as it should be.

Well, I would have put myself in there for President if I could.  But I thought it would be fruitless if we could vote for ourselves.  Everyone would probably put their own name in there.   Duh

You would have been another vote honestly, you've consistently got good insight to a great majority of things we discuss, TK as well, I dig reading what he has to say.

Everalm

That's a pretty well rounded cabinet.

I'll be the first to suggest Terra.

That way she'll let me live when she takes over.

DTOM and Bravo are both well written thinkers, they'd both be assets to our expirement.

So where are we going to set this little shindig up?

We'll all buy neighboring missile silo's and get off the grid.  I've always wanted to write from a "lair."

Shoot....I don't even deserve to be mentioned.  Pretty sure Tom and TK think I'm retarded. Smiley (I don't blame them).

I'd probably go with:

Tom, TK, DTOM, Bravo, XCR Fan.  Me and Texas Chris are too radical. Wink

I think Tom and TK balance each other nicely and have extremely well reasoned arguments for their positions.  I'd like to avoid labeling anyone, but I think DTOM and Bravo are pretty conservative in their views and I generally agree with them in principle.

I even think that Everalm makes a lot of good, reasoned arguments....I just disagree with him on too many issues to put him up. Wink

That's the best thing really, the whole lot mentioned are fairly able writers and thinkers regardless of position so the balance is pretty good.

gr8santini for Head of the Office for Operational Security and Intimidation or Head Coach.

DTOM for Press Secretary because he has a way with translating the heady, political BS into language that me and Joe Sixpack can digest. (Joe Sixpack and I. Duh)

Thanks for the vote of confidence fellas, however after giving this some thought,I doubt I would fair well in politics.I have one fatal character flaw,I try to tell the truth! I've found most people just don't like hearing the grim realities that sometimes life has to offer.I try to be tactfull, well sometimes, but I refuse to sugarcoat anything.People need to know what's going on,and I'm afraid my delivery wouldn't go over very well.To be honest I don't think I'm well versed enough in several key ares either.Economics and foreign policy to name a few.My message of less government is a better government, returning fully to constitutional principles, personal responsibility, accountability for your actions, and repeal of all gun control laws also would be lost on most of the populace.Getting rid of the I.R.S and the B.A.T.F.E would also be at the top of the agenda.
Also with age comes wisdom, and I'm just not old enough to have the experience necessary for the task.I really hate to name anyone because I don't know everyone here well enough to make judgements.Of the views expressed that I do know, Bravo,Tom,TK,and Sean come first to mind. That's the short list I know they are others, but they stick out the strongest. You can usually judge a man by the company he keeps or as the bible put it "a wise man seeks the council of many".Therefore by sourrounding yourself by intelligent thinkers you can't go wrong as long as you follow the founding blueprint.

Holy hells bells!  I just checked this thread to see my name getting thrown in the fray for political prospects!  And apparently I've got one vote because of the status of my pinky finger.   Cheesy

Hold up there cowboy...  Since when are people angry about Terra hanging out on the ACRForum?  What is wrong with that?  Nearly everyone of us have other rifles besides the XCR or we at least would like to have some of the other rifles out there.  We join forums that focus on those guns.  None of us, including Terra, need an excuse.
